The process

How it works.

From a free concept to a store that sells. Here is exactly what happens, and when.

  1. 01
    Free concept

Your homepage and one product page, with your real products, before we even talk.

  2. 02
    Free 30-day trial

Pick a tier and your trial starts. Nothing is charged yet.

  3. 03
    Week 1, built

Your full store goes up, every page a real shop has.

  4. 04
    Week 2, selling

Checkout goes live on your own Stripe account.

  5. 05
    Day 30, first charge

Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Nothing is charged until day 30. By then your store has been live and selling for about two weeks, so you decide with real results in front of you. Cancel any time before that and you pay nothing.

Proof

Real stores, already built.

These started as makers on a marketplace, just like you. Each one is a live store you can open right now, built the same way yours would be.

Unsolicited redesigns of real brands, shared as proof of the build. See the full work.

Every month

We run the store. The customers it earns are yours.

A store is not a one-time build. Here is what we run for you, on every tier, for as long as you stay.

Store design, kept current

We design the store around your brand and refresh it as your range grows. You never reopen a website project.

Marketplace buyers, migrated

A printable QR coupon ships in every order you post, turning Etsy and Madeit buyers into direct customers, at zero ad spend.

Google reviews, automated

Happy buyers are routed to review you on Google; unhappy ones to a private feedback form with an opt-out link, per Google policy.

Product copy, updated

We keep your descriptions sharp so listings read well and rank. Pro and Premium add blog content for organic search.

Conversion experiments

We test layout, copy, and offers against real traffic, and keep what sells. The store gets better while you make things.

We answer when it breaks

Something goes wrong, you email us, we fix it. You never touch code, manage a CMS, or write SQL.

Three tiers, each starts with the same free 30-day trial. See pricing and what each tier adds.

Questions

Common questions.

What if we're happy with Etsy or Madeit, why bother with our own store?

You can keep your marketplace listing. Your own store is the compounding layer: every order you ship comes with a QR code that sends the buyer to your site for their next purchase, with a small coupon. Over a year, that turns one-time marketplace buyers into repeat customers who order from you directly, through your own domain and customer list, which no marketplace can switch off.

How is this different from just getting Shopify?

Shopify is a tool. This is a tool plus the person running it. We design the store around your brand, migrate your marketplace buyers, handle Google review automation, update your product descriptions, run conversion experiments, and respond when something breaks. The customers, the domain, and the Stripe account are yours; running the store is ours.

We don't have any marketing budget. Can we still grow?

Yes. The biggest growth channel for makers leaving marketplaces is the buyers you already have. The QR-coupon flow ships in every tier and brings them to your store at zero ad spend. Google review automation builds your SEO over months, and the Pro and Premium tiers add blog content for organic search.

What if the site doesn't sell anything?

That is exactly what the free 30-day trial is for. Your store is built in week one and selling on your own Stripe by week two, so you watch it work with real traffic before you are ever charged. Not convinced by day 30? Cancel and pay nothing. The free concept we build before signup stays yours either way.

Can we cancel later?

Yes. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you are never charged. After that it is month-to-month, cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period. Your domain, your Stripe account, your customers, and your content are yours from day one, and you keep them whatever you decide. The store itself is part of the subscription: it stays live while you subscribe, and if you leave it comes offline unless you arrange to keep it.

If we move our store elsewhere later, does our SEO start over?

No. Your search rankings, your backlinks, and your domain authority all live on your domain, and your domain is yours from day one. If you move the store to your own hosting, we keep the same web addresses (and redirect any that change) and resubmit your sitemap, so Google sees a server move, not a new site. The one thing that does not come with you is the analytics dashboard history, because that runs on our account while we manage the store for you. Your rankings and traffic are unaffected.

Do we need to know anything technical?

No. You don't touch code, manage a CMS, or write SQL. If you can write a product description and reply to email, you can run a store on this setup.

How do we get our existing Etsy or Madeit buyers to our new store?

The QR-coupon migration flow ships in every tier. We generate a printable QR code that points to a coupon page on your new site, and you include the print insert in every order you ship. Buyers scan, get a discount on their next purchase, and become direct customers. No API integration, no marketplace policy to navigate.

What about our existing Google reviews?

Google reviews live on your Google Business Profile, not on Etsy or Madeit, so they are already yours. We optimise the profile and add review automation to your site: the QR funnel routes happy buyers to leave a review on Google, while unhappy buyers go to a private feedback form with a public-review opt-out link, per Google policy. You compound reputation over the life of the subscription.
